This website is hosted by Squarespace, which is self-certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield. This permits Squarespace to lawfully transfer EU personal data to its US-based data centres.
If you contact me via the generic website contact form, your data will not be added to email marketing lists and will be only be used for the purposes intended. It will be deleted once your enquiry has been resolved. Contact form enquiries are passed to Gmail via G Suite, which I will use to reply to you. Gmail encrypts emails at rest and in transit by default and transmits data outside of the EU in a way that is secure and GDPR compliant. G Suite may pass data to names.co.uk, my domain name provider, to securely process our email exchanges. Names.co.uk servers are held and processed securely within the EEA.
